Eden Skyhouse Milano is the exclusive venue on the 29th floor of Torre Breda (Grattacielo Milano), near the Porta Nuova business area. Closed to the public, it is an indoor and outdoor space with a 110-meter-high garden, where elite private events are held.

From the 412 square meter terrace you can enjoy a 360-degree unobstructed view out to the horizon. The green garden runs along the east side starting from the new skyscrapers of Porta Nuova up to Central Station and beyond; on the west side, in front of the patio, above the roofs of the city rises a Renaissance fountain in pink Candoglia marble (the same used at the Duomo) with the Torre Velasca and the Cathedral emerging from behind it.

For over half a century, the attic on the 29th floor has been the home of a single family. No one has ever been able to see the beauty of this place characterized by a circular glass patio and large windows overlooking the garden. Eden Skyhouse Milan inherits the history of the structure in which it resides: the Grattacielo Milano (Milan Skyscraper). Built in the '50s, and designed by the Soncini and Mattioni studios, it was the symbol of progressive Milan and, thanks to the many technical innovations and modern comforts, it represented the dream house of the emerging class at that time. It is also the first building to have exceeded the height of the Madonnina (108.5 meters) until then the highest point in the city.
